For the first 5 days, you will be experiencing an Ayurvedic 'cleansing' to remove physical and emotional blockages through treatments, yoga, meditation, traditional Ayurvedic dishes, lectures on yoga and Ayurveda, cooking demonstration and workshop with Maya Kramer.
