Join wellness guide, Maya Kramer, as she leads you through a juice cleanse that will allow you to rid of the toxins in your body and mind.

A 3 or 5 day detox where you will be receiving 7 juices daily to drink throughout the day as well as daily yoga postures and tasks to assist with the cleanse.

What is a Juice Cleanse?

For those of who have never experienced, Juice Cleansing is when a person consumes only fruit and vegetable juices while abstaining from solid food consumption. It is used for detoxification, an alternative medicine treatment.  Drinking juices introduces extra nutrients into the body to boost overall health.

The benefits include efficient body function, improved energy, removal of toxins more effectively, glowing skin, and the overall feeling of being ‘lighter.’

How the Cleanse works:

1-Choose which type of cleanse you are doing: Basic or Advanced (I recommend if it's your first time,  with the BASIC)

2. Choose amount of days (3 or 5).

3. Make payment directly to Jusa. 03-730-5599

4. Send Maya your phone number via message so she can add you to the group. 052-555-1885

5.  The juices will be sent directly to your home or office or you can pick up directly from JUSA on Ibn Gvirol 151, Tel Aviv.

Your Juice Cleanse starts a bit before the “first sip” 

In order for your juice cleanse to be as effective as possible, we recommend you gradually reduce the ‘junk’ from your body like caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, processed foods etc. a few days prior to starting.
